Wanger Jones Helsley PC is proud to announce that a former partner, the Honorable Donald R. Franson, was recently appointed to serve as an Associate Justice to the Fifth District Court of Appeals for the State of California. The appointment is effective December 29, 2010.
Mr. Franson was appointed to the Fresno County Superior Court by Governor Schwarzenegger in 2005. Prior to his appointment, Judge Franson was a distinguished civil practitioner and one of the Founders of Wanger Jones Helsley PC in 1994. Congratulations Justice Franson!
