Mr. Vote is a 1992 graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1989. Mr. Vote is an experienced and successful trial attorney, successfully litigating numerous court and jury trials to verdict throughout California. Mr. Vote is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all California state courts, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California. He is also a fee arbitrator as part of the Fresno County Bar Association's fee arbitration program. Mr. Vote is a member of the Board of Trustees of the California State Parks Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Fresno/Madera County Building Industry Association, and President of the Board of Governors of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
