Mr. Toole focuses his practice on civil trials and litigation. He has successfully prosecuted and defended cases through trial in multiple areas, including: commercial litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, trade secret litigation, and unfair business practices litigation. Clients of Mr. Toole range from Fortune 500 companies to individuals.
Mr. Toole began his legal career in Fresno in December 1997. Mr. Toole has maintained his private practice in Fresno and was elevated to Shareholder in 2005.

Publications & Verdicts
North American Bldg. Maintenance, Inc. vs. Fireman’s Fund Ins. Co.,
137 Cal.App.4th 627 (2006).
Mr. Toole and other members of the firm successfully argued that the insurance company, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, wrongfully denied its insured coverage for a claim of false imprisonment in an underlying class action lawsuit.

Community Involvement
Mr. Toole has been active in the community since 1997, participating in various charities and organizations such as: Board of Director for the American Cancer Society, volunteer for Fresno City Fire Fighters Benefit to the March of Dimes, volunteer for the Fresno County Mock Trial Association, participant in the Relay For Life, and participant in the Saint Agnes Medical Center Cross-City Race to benefit Saint Agnes Cancer Services. Mr. Toole is currently coaching under 5 soccer and the attorney coach for the Minaretts High School Mock Trial team.
