Laura Myers (Williams) v. Williams, Madera County Superior Court Case No. MFL009903.  The case was tried over two days—July 11-12, 2022.  The case involved five witnesses, including the Madera Superior Court mediator for family court services.  The Court ultimately determined that the custody arrangement in favor of Ms. Myers be continued, including obtaining an additional weekend of time.  The Court reserved jurisdiction to award child support retroactive to the date of filing.
