Daniel J. Frea
Daniel J. Frea joined Wanger Jones Helsley PC in 2024. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. Mr. Frea advises emerging companies, agricultural businesses, and established enterprises on corporate governance, financing transactions, and strategic business operations.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as a corporate associate with a leading Northern California law firm where he worked on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters for startup and growth-stage companies. Mr. Frea also worked as a Legal Contractor for PepsiCo and was selected as a Thompson Legal Fellow and an LCLD Scholar. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences from Cornell University. Mr. Frea brings a unique understanding of agriculture, business operations, and corporate law to his practice.
