His practice focuses on complex labor and employment matters, including complex wage and hour class actions, representative lawsuits under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters. Mr. Sanchez also advises clients on a variety of employment and compliance issues, including wage and hour audits, employee handbook compliance, severance negotiations, and other non-litigation matters.
