Jay A. Christofferson

Jay A. Christofferson is a shareholder at Wanger Jones Helsley PC whose practice includes a broad range of civil and business litigation matters. He represents clients in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business dissolutions, joint venture disputes, insurance coverage issues, subrogation matters, family law, conservatorship, probate and employment-related claims. Mr. Christofferson also prepares estate plans, durable powers of attorney and advanced health care directives. Mr. Christofferson has litigated numerous trials and arbitrations throughout the San Joaquin Valley and other parts of California.

He has also successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Third District Court of Appeal.
