John P. Kinsey

John P. Kinsey’s practice focuses on land use, environmental, administrative, and appellate law. Mr. Kinsey represents clients through all phases of the land use and development process, including entitlements, environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public hearings, and writ litigation.
