Michael S. Helsley

Michael S. Helsley is a shareholder at Wanger Jones Helsley PC and serves as the head of the firm’s Employment Litigation practice. His civil practice focuses on complex litigation in both federal and state courts, including employment disputes and commercial litigation. Mr. Helsley represents national Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, and local employers in wage and hour class actions, discrimination cases, sexual harassment claims, breach of contract disputes, wrongful termination claims, and other employment-related matters.

He also advises employers on labor issues and employment compliance, including internal and external employee investigations. In addition to employment matters, Mr. Helsley represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation involving antitrust and unfair competition issues. Mr. Helsley has extensive jury trial and appellate experience and regularly assists businesses in managing workplace disputes and litigation risk.
