Peter M. Jones

Peter M. Jones focuses his practice on criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Before entering private practice, Mr. Jones spent more than 25 years with the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, including serving as a Chief Defense Attorney. During that time, he handled a wide range of criminal matters and developed extensive courtroom experience trying cases and advocating on behalf of clients facing serious charges.

His background in public defense provides him with a deep understanding of criminal procedure, trial strategy, and the practical realities of the criminal justice system. Mr. Jones now represents individuals and businesses in criminal and related civil matters, including white collar investigations and litigation.
