Rachel L. Pombo
Rachel L. Pombo joined Wanger Jones Helsley PC in 2021. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and assisting clients in resolving employment disputes, including wage and hour class actions, representative lawsuits under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters.
Ms. Pombo earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she received Witkin Awards in Global Lawyering Skills II and Trademark Law. During law school she served on the board of the Environmental and Water Law Society and the Trial Advocacy Association. She was also a member of the mock trial team and served as a research assistant for the moot court team. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pombo gained experience as a law clerk at a national law firm and later as a summer law clerk at Wanger Jones Helsley PC.
