GRADY
Ms. Grady concentrates her practice on water rights and related areas of natural resources law. She advises clients on all aspects of surface and groundwater rights and state and federal laws relating to the use and management of water resources. Ms. Grady also represents clients in regulatory proceedings and in state and federal trial and appellate courts with a focus on water and environmental issues, including comprehensive groundwater adjudications. Following law school, Ms. Grady served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Steven L. Lefelt of the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Community Involvement
Ms. Grady volunteers as board member and coach in local youth soccer clubs and with the Girl Scouts. Ms. Grady is also a former member of the Board of Directors and past Chair of the Board of the YMCA of Superior California.
