Jay A. Christofferson tried a domestic violence restraining order over five and a half days from May 2022 through August 2022 successfully defeating the domestic violence restraining order in the Berney v. Berney case in Fresno County Superior Court Case No. 20CEFL03625.  The case was tried before Honorable Glenda Allen-Hill in Department 304 and involved the testimony of seven witnesses over the span of five court days.  The Court reserved jurisdiction to award attorneys’ fees to Mr. Berney.
