Jay A. Christofferson and Giulio A. Sanchez successfully defeated a claim of wrongful entry and wrongful eviction of the commercial property at O’Sullivan’s Irish Pub, after a two-day trial on August 30 and August 31, 2022 in the action styled Sanchez v. Westcoast Dining, LLC, Fresno County Superior Court Case No. 22CECL04629.  The action was tried before the Honorable Mark E. Cullers.  Plaintiff was forced to file a dismissal of her action with prejudice prior to Defendants putting on their case in chief.  Possession of O’Sullivan’s Irish Pub remains with the Defendants.
