Kurt Vote, a Wanger Jones Helsley shareholder, delivered a presentation on Construction Defect Litigation to the Real Property Section of the Fresno County Bar Association on July 16, 2019 at The Elbow Room. Mr. Vote, whose undergraduate degree was in Civil Engineering, shared with the audience lessons from his 25+ years of experience litigating residential, commercial, and industrial construction defect cases.
“Construction defect cases continue to be filed, and it is up to the construction industry to address the concerns of their customers to help prevent future lawsuits,” said Mr. Vote.
Mr. Vote’s practice includes the regular representation of developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and design professionals in matters involving land acquisition, development and entitlement, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
