Wanger Jones Helsley shareholder Marisa L. Balch spoke at a seminar discussing real estate investing on July 25, 2019 at the Woodward Park Conference Room.  Together with a 1031 exchange expert, accountant, and property manager, Ms. Balch delivered a presentation as part of Guarantee Real Estate’s “Looking to Your Future” investment seminar series.  Specifically, Ms. Balch discussed how to maximize wealth by minimizing risk, including ways to protect the investor and his or her assets from litigation.
