Wanger Jones Helsley PC attorney John P. Kinsey participated in a panel discussion entitled, "Moving Industrial Development Forward: Reconciling Jobs, Industry, and Community Impacts," at the 2026 American Planning Association California Conference in Los Angeles on October 6, 2026.
The panel examined how communities, developers, and public agencies can move industrial projects forward while balancing job creation, community well-being, and environmental justice. Mr. Kinsey was joined on the panel by planning, economic development, and real estate professionals including Bonique Emerson, AICP, Vice President of Planning at Precision Civil Engineering; William Oliver, President/CEO of the Fresno County Economic Development Corporation; and Ethan Smith of Pearson Realty.
