Shareholders Kurt F. Vote and Marisa L. Balch will present to the Fresno County Bar Association Real Property Law Section on August 10, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.  Mr. Vote will discuss the latest trends in residential and commercial real property purchase and sale agreements, as well as drafting tactics and litigation updates.  Ms. Balch will discuss the current status of residential eviction laws, including the evolution and expiration of COVID protections, and currently pending legislation for additional rental relief.
